BOOKING POLICIES

 

Prior to the  booking of any service at Forever Naimee, it is imperative that each

client understands our booking policies.

Please take a moment to read the following information.

Bookings are CLOSED online. Due to the many locations Naimee works from, it is difficult to consolidate her online booking system. To make an appointment,  send a message through Instagram @forevernaimee or text message. Due to an influx of messages, please expect a response time within 72 hours. For training inquiries, please message, email, or text 510-479-5520. 

POLICIES

  •  A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. Cancellations for any reason will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

  •  Deposits must be received at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment.

  • Cancellations/rescheduling for brows and lashes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • No guests allowed during your appointment.

FOR TATTOO EYEBROWS

  • Results will vary depending on skin type, aftercare, and other environmental factors. It is usually a two-step process with a touch-up session to complete and fill in areas that do not retain ink. Follow aftercare instructions to obtain better results.

FOR EYELINER

  • Please arrive to your appointment with no makeup/debris on your eyes and must bring contact lens case if you wear contacts.

FOR LIP BLUSH

  • Please moisturize lips 48 hours before and drink 4 oz of water every 4 hours until appointment date.

FOR TRAINING COURSES

  • Deposits for training courses are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please make sure that you are able to show up for your scheduled training date.

  • Failure to show will result in a forfeiture of deposit.

DISQUALIFICATIONS LIST

 

Scheduling an appointment with one or more of the conditions listed will result in forfeiture of your deposit and a refusal of service. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Anyone who is allergic to pigmentation and make up.
Anyone with glaucoma and/or taking blood thinning medicines.
Anyone with skin diseases such as eczema, psoriasis on the area to be treated.
Anyone under 18 years of age.
Anyone with active skin cancer in the treated area.
Anyone who has experienced post inflammatory hyper pigmentation.
Anyone with undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the treated area.
Anyone with TRANSMITTABLE BLOOD CONDITIONS, for example Hepatitis or HIV.
Anyone who is diabetic.
Anyone who is a hemophiliac.
Anyone with healing disorders.
Anyone taking skin medication such as antasure, ro-accutaine , and steroids which thin
and make the skin become very sensitive.
Anyone currently under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment.
Any radiotherapy or chemotherapy must be no less than 42 days ago from the date of the treatment.
Anyone who is epileptic who has experienced faint spell or seizure.
Anyone who is pregnant and/or lactating.

Please notify us if you have/had allergic reactions to topical anesthetics.
